12 September - perfomance art, exhibition, presentation
Love is a divine disease, the ancients said, while contemporary men and women experience it as pathology. When sex appeal becomes a substitute for beauty, basic aesthetic and moral categories are no longer. The soul is emotionally impoverished, while hedonism of the lowest kind conquers the consciousness. Over the last few decades, a kind of porno-pop culture has taken over and cheapened the notions of culture and human spirituality. Base instincts prevent us from differentiating between love and porn, vulgar and beautiful, human and bestial.
