Mature and Mad is the title of this year's Week of Contemporary Art, organized by the Art Today Association. The project focuses on the paradigms of "X-generation." The generation locked in a historic window, framed by the fall of the Berlin Wall (1989) and the global financial crisis (2007-2008). These historical, political and economic events, apart from each other by 20 years, defined the lives of a generation.

The concept of the exhibition aims at finding a balance between the personal and the social. On one hand, Mature and Mad presents personal stories and mythologies, specific life phenomenology, as well as some individual cases of artists between 33 to 45 years. On the other hand, the project analyzes the social in its most important events - politics, economics, technology, social media and social theories, morality and economics of art.
