In the atmosphere of original exhibits associated with Bulgarian participation in Space research, the guests will be able to try “space food”, specially prepared for the Night/Plovdiv 2017, and become among the few “privileged” visitors to have experienced what it tastes like. The project is intended to reveal the secret of preparing this kind of food which is based on the freeze drying (lyophilisation). In recent years this technology has been gaining ground also as a biotechnological solution in producing healthy products. Our youngest fans will receive a photograph or a video of their transformation into astronauts."
