For the first time, L’UNION DE Paris gallery in Plovdiv will host the International Biennale of Glass 2019. In the gallery, the visitors can see selected glass works by foreign and Bulgarian artists. The exhibition provides the spectator with the opportunity to become acquainted with the different tendencies in the production of art glass and immersed in the magic of this fragile material.

*The places for the visitors are limited to a group of 5 people, at fixed intervals, based on the five incoming – five outgoing visitors principle.

The event is under the patronage of the president of the Republic of Bulgaria, Mr. Rumen Radev

The artistic potential of this less well-known art in our country can be discussed with two of the participants in the exhibition, Monika Naydenova – professor in NBU and part of the Biennale team and Margarita Markova – student in the glasswork atelier at NBU.
