Within NIGHT/Povdiv 2019, the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts in Plovdiv will present exhibitions of students in “Open ateliers“ in Painting, Graphics, Sculpture, Scenography, Photography, Graphic Design, Church Painting, Clothing Design, and Multimedia and Virtual Reality.

Art is a means that brings spaces closer. How to do this is demonstrated by the students from the Academy of Music, Dance and Visual Art. Especially for the NIGHT, they make one of the small streets in the Old Town leading to the yard of the Green School come to life. Their projects aim at changing the established attitudes by turning the street from a space for crossing into a place to spend one’s time.
