An Expedition in Asyria – lecture/performance by Sophie-Therese Trenka-Dalton
Sophie-Therese Trenka-Dalton was born in 1979 in Berlin. She continues to live and work there. Between 2001 and 2007 she studied at the Universität der Kunst Berlin. In 2004, she took a year abroad at the Cooper Union in New York. Sophie is a regular contributor to Basso Magazine.

Basso Magazine – exhibition

Basso magazine is a crossover zine covering the subjects of sex and art. The magazine refuses to follow consumer friendly press standards such as page numbers or editorial introductions and can be seen as a montage of ideas in text and image, put together to form an intuitive flow. Basso magazin is edited by Yusuf Etiman who lives and works in Berlin since 1989. The contributors vary from basso neighbours to celebrated artists such as Wolfgang Tillmans.. One of them is Wolfgang Tillmans. Issues are oriented around themes, such as "Sexual Ambiguity" and "Perfectly You".
